"This hotel is a gem in Subiaco. Close to shops, restaurants and hospitals. Rooftop bar and restaurant is amazing! Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We’ll definitely stay again! "

"Love the location. Subi is a great hub for exploring Perth. Quick walk to supermarket and train station. Short walk to cafes and restaurants, beautiful views from the hotel’s restaurant, stunning place for breakfast and morning coffee."

    Multiple entries & exits are permitted in a 24 hour period. Height restrictions are in place, maximum vehicle height is 2.0 metres. Once you have completed your check-in, access is via the main entrance off Alvan Street.

    The hotel is not able to provide guaranteed parking for vehicles above 2.0 meters.

    • Street parking: Available on Railway Road. Ticket kiosks are in place and fees payable on weekdays only, between 8am and 5pm. Parking is free of charge after 5pm on weekdays and all day on weekends and public holidays.

    Breakfast is available 7 days a week at our stunning rooftop Storehouse Restaurant (weekdays from 6:30am to 10am, weekends & public holidays from 7am to 10:30am) and St Marks Road Co. in our Lobby for Grab & Go options (Mon-Fri 6:30am – 11am, closed on public holidays).
